Students will have an awesome time building robots that can navigate obstacle courses and respond to a multitude of sensors, including motion, touch, sound … To get an idea of what LEGO® NXT Mindstorms can do, scroll down to the video, by a guy whose creations include a robotic claw and a robotic card dealer.
Our students begin work with the the LEGO® Mindstorms base kit to master the programming of basic movements, and then progress to more difficult challenges. We’ll build robots that can navigate mazes, shoot ping pong balls … and more!
All of our Mindstorms instructors have STEM degrees, and most have worked or still work professionally as engineers or scientists. Read more about our team here.
